The Friends of the Ipswich Elderly, Inc. (FOIE) was incorporated as a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization on April 9, 1991 for the purpose of supporting the Ipswich Council on Aging (COA). The Board of Directors are all volunteers and donations to the FOIE are tax deductible.
